우리집에 xx일 xx시에 데려다주면 좋겠어. 따뜻한 옷, 장갑, 모자 (준비물) 같은걸 챙겨오면 좋겠어. 스낵(필요없는 물건)은 사먹을 거니 필요없지만 물병은 챙겨줘. 

if you can get him here on 날짜 for 시간 that allows us to get sorted. He will need warm clothes, gloves, hat etc. No snacks needed as will sort something at the ground but a water bottle is probably a good idea.

안녕, 28일 2시 경에 만나는 걸로 하자. 괜찮으면 OO가 우리집에서 자고 가도 되. (Shall we say ~ or Say ~ : '~쯤으로 할까?' 간접 권유로 say를 활용하면 부드럽게 들린다. 시간 + ish는 딱 정해진 약속 시간 대신 '대략 몇시경' 으로 표현할 때 붙인다.)
